  1. Open the subscription detail

    From ArraySubs → Subscriptions, open a subscription and scroll to the Subscription Notes and Payment Timeline cards.

    Use the Payment Timeline (newest first, 5 shown with Show All) to see renewal invoices, successes, failures, and retries.

    Use Add Note, choose Private or Customer-visible, and save. Customer notes also appear in My Account.

Notes & edge cases

System notes are created automatically and can be deleted but not edited.
Customer-visible notes appear to the customer in My Account — keep sensitive context Private.
