Log in as a customer to troubleshoot
See the store through the customer’s eyes — open their frontend session from the admin to verify access, portal state, and what they’re reporting.
- No password needed
- See their exact view
- Admins only
‘It looks wrong on my account’ is impossible to debug blind. Login as User lets an admin open a non-admin customer’s frontend session — no password — to see exactly what they see in My Account, including subscriptions, access, and entitlements. A visible bar lets you return to admin. This recipe enables and uses it.
- View a customer’s My Account exactly as they do.
- Verify access rules, portal state, and entitlements live.
- No password collection — admin-initiated and safe.
- Return to your admin account from the impersonation bar.
