FreeAdmin & operations

When a customer leaves mid-cycle, a prorated refund returns only the unused portion. ArraySubs computes it as (recurring amount ÷ days in cycle) × unused days, from the subscription detail page, and by default cancels after refunding (toggleable). A preview shows the math before you commit. This recipe issues one.

What you get
  • Refund only the unused days of the current cycle.
  • Amount calculated automatically by daily rate.
  • Choose whether to cancel the subscription after.
  • Preview the exact amount before processing.
