ProAdmin & operations

When balances need explaining or auditing, the global Credit History log (Pro) lists every transaction across all customers — ID, date, customer, description, and amount (green credits, red debits). Filter by source (Plan Downgrade, Refund, Admin Adjustment, Promotional, Credit Purchase, Applied to Renewal, Applied to Order, Expired) and by type (credit/debit). This recipe audits credit activity.

What you get
  • Review all credit transactions in one place.
  • Filter by source and type (filters combine).
  • Trace each credit to its origin and subscription.
  • Explain any balance with a full audit trail.

Good to know

Notes & edge cases

Deleting a log entry only removes the record — it does not reverse the credit or change any balance.
There’s no built-in export; pull history via the REST API if you need a file.
For one customer’s history, use Manage Credits and search — this page has no per-customer filter.
