  • Dates stay automatic
No credit card required
FreeAdmin & operations

Day-to-day admin edits — a new address, corrected invoice email, a status change. The ArraySubs edit form exposes exactly those, while keeping price, product, and dates system-controlled so billing stays consistent. The product, customer, and recurring amount are read-only here (change product via plan switching); the next payment date is calculated automatically. This recipe covers what you can and can’t edit.

What you get
  • Correct invoice email and billing/shipping addresses.
  • Change status (activate, hold, cancel) with a confirmation prompt.
  • Billing dates stay accurate — calculated, not hand-set.
  • Price/product changes routed through the right tools, not ad-hoc edits.

Notes & edge cases

Product, customer, and recurring amount are read-only here — change the plan via plan switching, not the edit form.
The next payment date is no longer editable; ArraySubs derives it from the schedule, renewals, and lifecycle events (reactivate/skip/pause).
Changing status to Cancelled here is immediate and captures no reason — use the detail-page Cancel button for a reason + audit.

FAQ

Questions, answered

ArraySubs calculates it automatically from the billing schedule, renewal processing, and lifecycle events so billing stays consistent. Manual date editing was removed.

Use plan switching (upgrade/downgrade/crossgrade) rather than the edit form — product and recurring amount are read-only on edit.
