Create a subscription from the admin panel
Onboard a customer manually — build a subscription from scratch in the admin with full control over product, schedule, trial, and billing details.
- Add New in admin
- Full schedule control
- Starts Pending → Active
Sometimes you need to create a subscription by hand — migrating a customer, setting up a deal, or fixing an edge case. ArraySubs adds an Add New flow under ArraySubs → Subscriptions with a five-section form: customer, product & schedule, trial, different renewal price, and billing/shipping addresses. The subscription is created as Pending; you then set it Active to start billing. This recipe walks the flow.
- Create a subscription manually for any registered customer.
- Override amount, schedule, trial, and renewal price as needed.
- Capture billing and shipping addresses on creation.
- Starts Pending; activate it to begin renewals.
