Drip course content over time

Pace your curriculum — unlock each module a set time after a member joins, so everyone gets the same journey regardless of when they start.

  • Days/weeks/months delay
  • From each member’s start
  • Fair for late joiners
No credit card required
FreeRestrict & gate

Dripping paces a course so learners can’t binge ahead and late joiners get the same experience. Add a Schedule to a content rule: each module unlocks a delay (days/weeks/months) after the member’s subscription start. This recipe drips weekly modules.

What you get
  • Modules unlock on a schedule, not all at once.
  • Timed from each member’s own start date.
  • Late joiners get the same paced journey.
  • No code — just a delay on each content rule.

Set up

Set it up in 2 steps

A step-by-step guide drawn from the ArraySubs user manual. Open the linked page for the full walkthrough and screenshots.

  1. Gate each module

Create a Post Type rule per module (e.g. one per week’s category), each requiring the course subscription.

    Content Restriction
  2. Add an increasing delay

    On each rule’s Schedule, set the delay (Module 1 = 0, Module 2 = 7 Days, Module 3 = 14 Days, …) measured from subscription start.

Notes & edge cases

Dripping is relative to the member’s earliest qualifying subscription start date — there’s no fixed-calendar-date option.
Month delays use a fixed 30-day month in the math.
Schedules work on URL, Post Type, Download, Ecommerce, and Discount rules — not Role Mapping or Login Limit.
