Let customers switch plans themselves
Hand plan changes to the customer — upgrade, downgrade, and crossgrade options appear right on their subscription detail page.
- Self-service switching
- Cuts support tickets
- Or admin-only
Plan changes shouldn’t need a support ticket. With Allow customer switch on, the configured upgrade/downgrade/crossgrade options appear right on the subscription detail page in the customer portal, so subscribers change plans themselves. Turn it off and switching becomes admin-only. This recipe enables self-service switching on top of your configured paths.
- Switch options appear on the customer’s subscription page.
- Customers self-serve upgrades, downgrades, and crossgrades.
- Fewer ‘please change my plan’ support tickets.
- Toggle off to keep switching admin-only.
