Plan changes shouldn’t need a support ticket. With Allow customer switch on, the configured upgrade/downgrade/crossgrade options appear right on the subscription detail page in the customer portal, so subscribers change plans themselves. Turn it off and switching becomes admin-only. This recipe enables self-service switching on top of your configured paths.

What you get
  • Switch options appear on the customer’s subscription page.
  • Customers self-serve upgrades, downgrades, and crossgrades.
  • Fewer ‘please change my plan’ support tickets.
  • Toggle off to keep switching admin-only.
