Monthly-only can be a strong learning cadence. It surfaces renewal, cancellation, support, and cost-to-serve evidence earlier. Annual-only can fit annual licensing, dues, procurement, or a service whose capacity must be funded across a year.

Measure support contacts by reason, not merely total tickets. One low ticket count can hide long refund or entitlement conversations.
