The ‘Other’ reason is the wildcard — you don’t know why they’re leaving, so don’t guess. ArraySubs shows all eligible offers simultaneously, so for ‘Other’ you can present discount, pause, downgrade, and support together and let the customer pick whatever resonates. The trick is leaving each offer’s reason targeting empty (which shows it for all reasons) or explicitly including ‘Other.’ This recipe maximises coverage for unpredictable churn.
