Fixed end-date membership
For seasons, cohorts, and academic years — end every membership on the same calendar date instead of a rolling cycle.
- Shared end date
- Enrollment window
- Pro
Some memberships should all end on the same date — an academic year, a season, a cohort. Fixed Period Membership (Pro) overrides the rolling subscription length so the plan ends on a specific calendar date (absolute) or a recurring annual cutoff (e.g. every Aug 31), with an optional enrollment window. This recipe builds an academic-year membership.
- All members share the same end date regardless of join date.
- Recurring annual rolls to next year if the cutoff already passed.
- An enrollment window can limit when the plan is purchasable.
- At period end the plan expires (or auto-renews for recurring).
