Subscription emails are member touchpoints, so they should be on-brand. ArraySubs registers its emails in WooCommerce → Settings → Emails (prefixed [ArraySubs]), where each email’s subject, heading, additional content, and type (HTML/plain) are editable — with a Placeholder Helper and theme template overrides for full control. This recipe customizes lifecycle emails.

What you get
  • Every subscription email matches your brand voice.
  • Insert member/subscription data via placeholders.
  • Toggle individual emails on or off.
  • Override full templates in your theme when needed.

Good to know

Notes & edge cases

All ArraySubs emails inherit your WooCommerce email styling (logo, colors, footer).
Some emails are gateway/Pro-gated or not yet wired (e.g. Trial Ending and Expiring Soon reminders have settings but aren’t sent in the current release).
Store Credit emails are separate (Pro) and use their own placeholder set.
