Conditional checkout fields

Keep checkout clean — reveal fields only when they’re relevant, based on what the customer already chose.

Asking everyone everything bloats checkout. Visibility rules (Pro) show or hide a field based on another field’s value — reveal ‘Company name’ only when ‘Customer type’ is ‘Business’. Rules evaluate in real time, combine with AND, and hidden fields aren’t validated or submitted. This recipe adds conditional fields.

What you get
  • Fields appear only when relevant to the customer.
  • Rules evaluate live as the form is filled.
  • Hidden fields are excluded from validation and submission.
  • Cleaner, shorter-feeling checkout.
