Subscription-aware WooCommerce reports

WooCommerce Analytics doesn’t know what a renewal is — ArraySubs teaches it, so your revenue reports finally reflect the subscription business.

  • Order-type filters
  • Renewal/upgrade revenue
  • Subscription-only reports
No credit card required
ProMeasure & grow

Native WooCommerce Analytics lumps renewals, upgrades, and one-off sales together. The WooCommerce Analytics Extension (Pro) fixes that: an order Type column and filters, Subs Renew / Subs Upgrade / Credit Purchase revenue cards on the Revenue report, subscription-only Product/Variation reports, and Member Details links on Customers. This recipe makes WooCommerce reporting subscription-aware.

What you get
  • Separate renewal, upgrade, and one-off revenue.
  • Filter any orders report by subscription order type.
  • Report on subscription products/variations only.
  • Jump from a customer to their member profile.

Good to know

Notes & edge cases

Applying a type or subscription-only filter recalculates standard WooCommerce totals to the filtered set.
Works with both HPOS and legacy order storage; multiple filters combine with AND by default (add match=any for OR).
Run the order-type backfill once so pre-Pro orders are classified.
